We send text messages only to our own prepaid phone service customers, and only about a service the customer asked for. We do not send marketing. Here is every way a customer asks for our texts.

Or write FAX and the fax number, and we fax it for you ($0.99 a fax, plus the call at your rate).
It is paid from your calling card balance; the phone you text from must be on your account. A document
over one page is translated or faxed only after you reply YES to the price.

After our directory search finds a number, the automated attendant plays this offer. The text goes only to the phone the customer is calling from, and only if they press 3.
These are the recordings the attendant plays. The offer is also played in Spanish, French, Vietnamese and our other languages.
When a caller asks our attendant a research question, the attendant says:
A customer who books a fax on a call gets its delivery receipt by text, at the phone that booked it.
